Hi I am Ellen Krogh
And I do this because I love seeing the light come back in people’s eyes.
To witness someone shake off shame, kick addiction back to where it belongs — in the past — and start building a future you are proud of that isn’t dictated by old patterns.
There’s nothing like watching someone reclaim their power, take ownership of their story, and realize: “This time, I’m doing it differently.”
That moment? It never gets old.

You Say When
I am Ready When You Are
Whether you’re dealing with alcohol, sex, or porn addiction — or you’re simply done trying to do it all alone — I’m here.
The first step is simple:
Book your first free meeting. No pressure. Just one step forward.
How it Works
I’m not here to judge, diagnose, or fix you. I’m here to walk beside you, offer tools that actually work, and serve you a fair dose of heartfelt, no-nonsense support.
No fluff — just presence, skill, smart tools, and honest talk — because you deserve to grow, not stay stuck.
We start where you are. We work with what’s real. And we build change that sticks — one step at a time.
The feeling of being all alone in this - is so damn common, but let's change that
No matter if you are the one using it or the one standing beside it
More About Me
I’m originally from Denmark and now I live in Sweden just outside Lund. In addition to running Newhabit, I am also working as an in-house addiction coach at Tetra Pak in Lund since 2010. Over the years, I’ve also led lectures, workshops, and trainings for companies, schools, and I give lectures at Lund University.
I hold a certification in Transactional Analysis TA with a CBT orientation, and additional training in:
The 15-method (for behavioral change)
SMART Recovery (science-based self-help for addiction)
Breath coaching (since 2022)
I also have a Bachelor in Education, and earlier in life I studied theology and Gestalt therapy.
For several years, I lived in India with my family and ran a design studio called ZofeDee — a chapter that deeply shaped how I work with mindfulness, presence, and the art of holding space.
One step forward
